L'installazione usa parti del tronco di uno stesso albero, un cedro del Libano, che presentano un canale interno, in cui, però, non scorre alcun fluido vitale bensì un veleno, del piombo, che si raccoglie nella ciotola di terracotta ad una estremità.
Un inquinamento chimico che non conosce sosta, e la conseguente trasformazione degli organismi viventi. Degli alberi. Di noi.

My installation uses parts of the same cedar trunk, which shows an inner canal that doesn’t carry any vital fluid but rather a poison, some lead, gathered in a earthenware bowl at one end.
A chemical pollution that goes on day after day, and the resulting transformation of the all living beings. Of the trees. Of all of us.
