PERSONAL DATA HANDLING
In compliance with the terms of Art. 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196 dated June 30, 2003 personal data and images that will be acquired and received during the Contemporary EcoArt Contest will be collected and handled, also with the help of electronic means, for purposes and activities connected to the Contest, including the organization of the exhibits and the publication in the website www.ecoartproject.org and in the Catalogue, in compliance with law provisions.
The Artists registered in the competition will have the faculty of exercising, with regard to the personal data handling directly concerning them, the rights established in Art. 7 of the above mentioned decree.
