Allegoria dei quattro Elementi in un pic-nic
L’installazione è costituita da materiali riciclati (pagine di riviste, plaid). Il collage è una tecnica giocosa e il plaid invita a sedersi come in un pic-nic. La forma ludica del lavoro si intreccia con i contenuti colti. Attraverso l’allegoria l’aspetto contingente del problema ambientale è amplificato dal portato storico della simbologia: la natura è anche un elemento culturale che fa parte della storia dell’umanità.

Allegory of the four Elements in a pic-nic
The installation is formed by recycled materials (pages of newspapers, blanket). Collage is a playful technique and the blanket tempts to sit down as in a pic-nic. The ludic form of the work combines with the savant contents. Through the allegory the temporary side of the environmental issue is amplified by the historic value of symbology: nature is also a cultural element that lies in history of humanity. Olga Vanoncini
