REPERTI URBANI
La nostra epoca è segnata da una crisi di perdita dell’identità dei luoghi, sia nel senso storico che visivo. La distinzione tra territorio urbano e periferico si è trasformata in una realtà dilatata e caotica, la campagna che prima guardava la città è diventata nuova zona di insediamenti industriali e residenziali. L’economia, l’inquinamento e i ritmi frenetici dovuti alla rapida globalizzazione, stanno trasformando il paesaggio quotidiano cancellandone velocemente la memoria, creando così uno smarrimento che va a riflettersi non solo nel rapporto di tempo e spazio, ma soprattutto in una confusa distinzione tra paesaggio reale, storico e virtuale.
Reperti urbani, titolo del progetto, e’una riflessione che vuole entrare in quell’aspetto marginale
che chiede di essere osservato e rispettato attraverso frammenti di scene esistenziali e sociali della metropoli. Radici che come fitte venature cercano di trovare sopravvivenza dalla stratificazione di cimento e che rivelano attraverso la loro tentata resistenza, l’indifferenza e la netta separazione tra l’uomo e la natura.

URBAN FINDS
Our epoch is marked by a crisis due to the waste of identity refered to the places, both in the historical sense and visual. The distinction among urban and peripheral territory is turned into a dilated and chaotic reality, the country that before looked at the city has become new zone of industrial and residential installations. Economy, pollution and frantic rhythms due to the rapid globalization, are transforming the daily landscape, delating quickly the memory of it, creating a dismay that goes to reflect it not only in the relationship of time and space, but most of all in a confuse distinction among real, historical and virtual landscape. Urban finds, the title of the project, is a reflection that wants to enter in that marginal aspect that asks to be observed and respected through fragments of existential and social scenes of the metropolis. Roots as thick venations try to find survival from the stratification of cement and reveal through theirs tried resistance the indifference and the clear separation between the man and the nature.
