L'atmosfera che pervade l'immagine è quella di una normalità effimera. I bambini imperturbabili discutono. C'è un certo senso di non curanza nei confronti della realtà degenerata che li circonda. Se non ci fosse più spazio in strada, come epilogo sarebbe verosimile ma sicuramente meno pacato. Ma poi, se necessario, si può convivere più o meno serenamente con tutto... o quasi. Napoli diventa emblema di problemi ambientali legati allo smaltimento dei rifiuti che nessuno su questo pianeta dovrebbe ignorare. Tutti i materiali utilizzati per realizzare questa immagine sono stati riciclati.

The atmosphere is that of ephemeral normality, the kids are talking, almost as if paying no attention to the degenerated reality all around them. If there was no more space in the streets probably people from Naples would have ended up storing waste in their homes. Although this could be a plausible finale, reality would not look as serene. Nevertheless if necessary one can get used to anything... almost anything. Naples is the symbol of pressing environmental problems of waste management, issues that no government can ignore. All materials utilised to shoot this image have been recycled.
