VUOTI IN STAZIONE
L’opera è un’ installazione urbana autosufficiente che di giorno assorbe l’energia solare tramite celle fotovoltaiche trasparenti, al fine di reinvestirla in installazioni di luci e video notturne che interagiscono con la piazza antistante e l’intera città. Se potenzialmente ogni territorio è un territorio di energia sostenibile, Stazione Centrale a Milano diviene nuova versione sperimentale della solar farm nel cuore della metropoli lombarda, in cui l’Arte costituisce il mezzo per una inedita sinergia tra tecnologia energetica e spazio urbano.

EMPTIES IN STATION
The work is a urban installation; during the day it absorbs solar energy through transparent photovoltaic cells , in order to reinvest it in facilities and night lights video that interact with the square and the whole city. If any land is potentially an area of sustainable energy, Stazione Centrale in Milan becomes new experimental version of the solar farm in the heart of the metropolis of Lombardy, where the art becomes the way towards an unprecedented synergy between technology, energy and urban space.
