L’ecosostenibilita e anche un riappropriarsi dei gesti antichi, di riti, e perché non di miti, che sono serviti allo svillupo dell’uomo/umanita nella sua storia. Nei tempi moderni, questi gesti fondatori sono diventati complessi e a volte terribilmente impattanti per il pianeta’ e i suoi abitanti, come può succedere per esempio per l’agricultura nei paesi “sviluppati”.Quest’opera e’ un’inno ad uno di questi miti fondatori dei popoli mediterranei: l’ulivo e la raccolta delle olive.

Eco-sustainability is also to bring back the antique gests, the rites, and why not, even the myths, that served in the development of mankind/humanity in its history. In modern times, these fundamental gests have become complex, and wield immense impact for the planet and its inhabitants, as can happen, for example, to the agriculture in the “developed” countries. This work is in “praise” of one of these fundamental myths of the Mediterranean people: the olive and the harvesting of the olives.
