Troppi alberi vengono tagliati solo per motivi commerciali o illegalmente, queste situazioni di sfruttamento, molto diffuse all'estero, (disboscamento e deforestazione) portano a danni irreparabili per il polmone verde della terra. I tronchi tagliati così “ indossano ” un papillon.
