LONG TIME NO SEA
Questo progetto si basa sull’inaffidabilità del nostro pianeta gonfio e cariato. E’ un racconto sull’uso contemporaneo e futuro dello spazio aperto e lo spettatore è testimone di questa infinità di mutazioni uniformi ed iper dettagliate che scuotono ed agitano la monotonia dei suoi giorni.
Senza motivo apparente montagne impazzite crescono verso il centro della Terra e i fiumi scorrono verso la sorgente esplorando nuovi percorsi e nuove realtà in cui sfociare, ampliando il baratro con la specie umana.
Tutto diventa paesaggio: tracce di presenza pervadono uno spazio labirintico in cui l’acqua del mare, violentata, fluisce in una gola dove sfumano anche i raggi del primo mattino. L’artista investiga, in un gioco che va oltre lo spazio e il tempo, nuove possibilità per scenari morsi anni or sono dai bulldozer, innalzando una lode a ciò che resiste alla corrosione dell’acido oceano dell’era contemporanea.

This project is about the unreliability of our planet swollen and full of cavities. It is a tale of contemporary and future use of the open space.
The audience witnesses this infinity of uniform and hyper-detailed mutations that shake and quake their boredom.
With no particolar rule mountains freak out and grow towards the core of the Earth and rivers flow the other way around, they explore a new way they could be or seem to be, carving the gap of distance with mankind. Everything becomes landscape: the traces of presence pervade a labyrinthic space where the raped sea water flows into a gorge where even early morning rays fade. The artist investigates, in a game that goes beyond space and time, new possibilities for the sceneries crunched years ago by bulldozers, thus praising what might survive to the corrosion of the acid ocean of contemporary times.
